Birth Prep Course

This ultimate prenatal yoga resource prepares you to enter your birth with peace and vitality. Discover a deep connection to yourself and your baby through thoughtful yoga and mindfulness practices. The physical poses and techniques shared in this course were crafted to bring you into alignment with your body and mind. Through the content in this course, you will find the deep-seated motherly intuition to have confidence in claiming exactly what you need to thrive in pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Let your intuition bloom by tuning out the noise and releasing fear.

Inperson Classes

Unique and dynamic classes that emphasize embodiment and connection to self. Various styles and themes are offered as in-person classes. In class, we explore different poses and variations while tuning into the body. In Somatic Yoga we create awareness in the body to see how each movement feels rather than how each posture objectively looks. This style of teaching has a deep root in self-discovery and healing. Guided meditations, breathing techniques, mantras, and music is also incorporated into classes!
