My Story
I entered the world of birth as a doula and student midwife. For 3 years I apprenticed with different midwives and even spent 2 months in California working at a high-volume birth center while working towards becoming a Certified Professional Midwife. Something was off though. I didn’t agree with the licensure and regulations for midwives.
Eventually, I was introduced to Free Birth Society’s Radical Birth Keeper School and instantly knew I needed to take this course. Girl, was my intuition right! This training changed my life in so many ways! This course taught me the necessary self-mastery tools to serve women in full integrity. It took me some time but finally, I stopped attending births in the medical system!
My own pregnancy, birth, and mothering experience was the push I needed to stop working with medical midwives. I had the most peaceful and blissful pregnancy. I felt so strong and healthy during my entire pregnancy. I went into my birth feeling confident and prepared to birth and mother my precious baby.
It feels so amazing to be able to support women through their own magical freebirths! It is an honor to support women through pregnancy, witness the magic of birth, and care for them in their postpartum time. This reality is available for any woman who chooses it. I am here for you to support you through this journey in any way I can!
