At Born Free Family, I believe every woman deserves to feel supported, confident, and empowered throughout her journey into motherhood. My mission is to help women thrive during pregnancy, recieve respectful care during birth, and step into motherhood with joy, strength, and confidence.

My time as a nurse revealed something that profoundly shaped my approach to midwifery care: too many women feel unheard, unsupported, and disconnected from their own wisdom during one of the most transformative seasons of their lives. I knew there had to be a different way.

Pregnancy and birth are not illnesses to be managed—they are natural, powerful processes that deserve trust and reverence. I believe mothers are the experts on their own bodies, babies, and lives. Every woman and every family is unique, requiring the freedom to make their own choices while being supported by a knowledgeable midwife.

I am passionate about helping women make informed decisions, trust their instincts, and embrace their innate strength. If you desire a peaceful home birth, holistic support throughout pregnancy, and a care provider who truly listens, I am here to walk alongside you.
