Our community-centered classes emphasize creating balance and overall wellness in the whole person.

We are shifting away from rigid and dogmatic styles of yoga in exchange for intentional and therapeutic movements. Life should be enjoyable and so should our yoga practices! It is possible to build strength, stamina, range of motion, and functionality in the body while having fun! These classes are lovingly crafted to bring you to your greatest state of wellbeing - on and off the mat.
