Discover a deep connection to yourself and your baby through thoughtful yoga and mindfulness practices. Prenatal Yoga prepares you to enter your birth with peace and vitality. The poses and techniques in this class are lovingly crafted to align you with your body and mind. In these classes, we focus on many aspects that help prepare women for birth - mentally and physically. It is important for women to connect with their bodies and their babies during pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga can be a helpful tool to prepare for birth and mothering.

These classes are perfect for beginners, experienced yogis, and everyone in between. We do a combination of stretching, mindful movements, and gentle strengthening. I use my knowledge of female physiology and pregnancy to craft classes that promote overall health and balance for pregnant women. I love helping women feel their best in pregnancy!

I guide women through techniques to relax the muscles of their pelvic floor. It is very common for women to have dysfunction in their pelvic floor muscles. The ability to maintain a balance of strength and relaxation in these muscles can make for a smoother birth and healing postpartum. We also explore movements that strengthen the deep core muscles which can help prevent back pain, round ligament pain, along with other common discomforts of pregnancy.

Soleil Studio has mats and props available for students to use. Your first class is free! Be sure to book ahead of time because we have limited space in classes. Message me if you have any questions! I am also available for private sessions - in person or virtual!
