Join us at the Fitzwilliam Town Hall for a gentle and relaxing yoga class. This class is guided with the intention of healing the mind, body, and spirit. During these sessions, you will be guided through a series of meditations, breathing techniques, and basic yoga poses. This practice will help you release stress and bring greater wellness into your life. This class can be done with a chair or on the mat. We have plenty of mats and other props available.
